Donna brings a rare combination of academic rigor, operational versatility, and people-first leadership to her role as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Modern Aesthetic Centers. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida and a Master's Degree in Information Technology Education from the University of New Brunswick, a background that positions her at the intersection of systems thinking, technology, and human development.

Before transitioning into the aesthetics industry, Donna built a career defined by range: she has led as a Teacher and High School Principal, driven results in Education Sales and Recruiting, managed complex programs in Education Program Management, and built a strong foundation in bookkeeping. This breadth gives her a distinct advantage in her current role, allowing her to design strategy, train teams to execute it, oversee financial processes with a keen eye for detail, and market it effectively.

At Modern Aesthetic Centers, Donna channels this experience into the Operations side of the business, applying her expertise in AI, training design, and organizational leadership to strengthen in-house training, marketing, and bookkeeping functions.

Originally from Canada, Donna teaches yoga and cycling in her free time, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
